สภาวะการค้าสุกรขุนระหว่างวันพระที่แล้ว ทุกพื้นที่ปรับฐานราคายืนแข็ง และปรับบวกขึ้นในบางพื้นที่ แนวโน้มยืนแข็งต่อเนื่อง ขณะที่ราคาหน้าฟาร์มยังต่ำกว่าต้นทุนการเลี้ยง

ในขณะที่กลยุทธ์การ Balance Part ของห้างค้าปลีก ค้าส่ง ปรับลดสัดส่วนราคาจำหน่ายปลีกเนื้อแดง(สะโพก หัวไหล่)อยู่ในระดับประมาณ 1.6 เท่าของราคาสุกรขุนจากเดิมประมาณ 1.8 เท่า แต่เพิ่มสัดส่วนชิ้นส่วนพรีเมี่ยม สามชั้น สันคอ อยู่ในระดับประมาณ 2.5-2.8 โดยสันนอก สันใน อยู่ในระดับประมาณ 2.2-2.3 เท่าของราคาสุกรขุน

The trading conditions of pigs fattening during the previous Buddhist holy day in all areas were adjusted to a strong price correction and an increase in some areas. Meanwhile, farm prices are still lower than the cost of farming.

Meanwhile, the balance part strategy of retail and wholesale stores reduced the retail price of red meat (ham, shoulders) to about 1.6 times the price of fattening pigs from about 1.8 times. The belly, pork neck is in the range of about 2.5-2.8, while the pork loin,tender loin is about 2.2-2.3 times the price of fattening pigs.
